1. When will my certificate arrive?
Answer: As soon as you pass you will be able to download an instant PDF provider eCard. The following day we
will ship your hard copy certificate if requested. Hard copy certificates typically arrive in 3–4 days.
2. Can I purchase multiple courses?
Answer: Yes, you can order up to three courses at once. Plus, you will automatically save 10% when you order

3. Do you require an in-person skills test (also called a practical component)?
Answer: At EMT Advantage you will not be required to conduct an in-person test or demonstration of any kind.

Here’s how it works it works in 4 simple steps:
Step 1: Purchase your course(s)
Sign up for the appropriate course from our website. You won’t be required to provide proof of existing certification if you are registering for a recertification. You can simply select the type of course you need and follow the easy steps for checkout. Express and international shipping options are available if you’d like your hard copy wallet provider certificate sent via express mail or if you live outside the United States. The hard-copy certificate is sent only if requested.
Step 2: Use the included online training material to study and prepare
As soon as your order is complete you will receive instant access to the online training material and exams. You’ll be able to access our courses from any computer with Internet access. Each course will provide you everything you need to receive a full certification or recertification. You’ll immediately receive instructions on how to begin our training material and exam. You can spend as much time as you need studying and preparing. When you’re ready, you can begin the online exam at your convenience.
Step 3: Take the convenient online exam
Our exams are conducted online and can be accessed using any web browser. There are no time restrictions or limitations when taking the exam. You will also receive up to three free exam re-takes (should you need extra attempts). Exams are written in an easy to follow multiple choice and true false format. It takes on average about one hour to complete an exam. As soon as you submit your answers your exam will be graded. On a private webpage you’ll find out if you passed or failed (and what questions you answered incorrectly).
Step 4: Receive your provider certificates
As soon as you pass the exam you will be able to download and print a PDF of your certification or recertification eCard. You can use this eCard as immediate proof of certification. When you request our fulfillment center will create a personal hard copy certificate and send it through first-class mail the next business day. Your hard copy certificate should arrive at your house in 3–4 shipping days.
